The short version
You can read every page on Kindred Pair Notes without handing over anything beyond what any web browser sends. There are no cookies, no analytics, no ad trackers, no sign-up forms and no accounts.
Your visit
When your browser requests a page, our hosting provider processes standard request logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. That’s needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don’t use those logs to build a profile of you.
If you email us
Writing to editorial@kindredpairnotes.com gives us your email address and whatever you put in the message. We keep both only as long as we need to reply and handle any follow-up. You never need to share details about a partner, a late spouse or your children to get an answer.
Who sees your information
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t rent it, trade it or pass it along for marketing.
Readers under 18
This site is meant for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we’ll delete any message we learn came from a minor.
Your choices under state law
Depending on where you live in the US, state privacy laws may let you find out what we hold, correct it or have it deleted. Because we hold so little, the simplest route is to email and ask. We’ll answer the request whatever state you’re in.
