Dating over 40, 50 and 60

Our Editorial Standards

Readers coming back to dating after a long marriage or a loss deserve information they can lean on. These six commitments shape every page on Kindred Pair Notes.

Six commitments

  1. Dated facts. Every price, age range and feature comes from the company’s own pricing page, help center or terms, alongside the date it was checked. Costs on over-50 apps often shift with age, location and promotions, so we show a range when one figure would mislead.

  2. Honest gaps. Plenty of matchmakers share fees only after a consultation. When a cost isn’t published, the page says “couldn’t confirm” instead of estimating.

  3. Research, not personal trials. We don’t join apps or hire matchmakers to review them, and no article suggests otherwise. Statistics come from named sources such as Pew Research Center or the US Census Bureau.

  4. Clear list criteria. Each “best” list explains its yardstick up front: the age group the service targets, published pricing, verification and blocking tools, cancellation terms and where it operates.

  5. Care on hard subjects. Pages about widowhood, divorce and children are written plainly and without pressure. For grief counseling or family legal questions, they point you to licensed professionals instead of trying to stand in for one.

  6. Labeled money. Sponsored posts open with a “Sponsored” label, and the links inside them are tagged rel="sponsored nofollow". A paid listing meets the same criteria as an unpaid one and can’t buy a higher spot.

When we get something wrong

Send the page link and a source to editorial@kindredpairnotes.com. Confirmed fixes go live with a fresh date at the top of the article, so you can see when it last changed.
